Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team in a CVS distribution facility. You will direct workflow, manage day-to-day operations, and drive performance against daily targets while upholding safety, quality and compliance standards.

The role requires hands-on supervision, experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and lean practices, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control in a distribution center or warehouse.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual abilities advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members, schedule work, and onboard new staff.
• Maintain inventory control standards, cycle counts, and quality controls.
• Uphold 5S, lean practices and CVS SOPs across the distribution center.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance across operations.
• Meet daily KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and people.
