Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years warehouse-related experience.
• Experience in inventory tracking and directing teams.
• Bi-Lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse employees across shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, picking and palletizing.
• Determines storage space and coordinates delivery and distribution to meet objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensures equipment and company vehicles are maintained in compliance with laws and enforces safety rules including hazardous materials handling.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and performance; provides counseling as required.
• Coordinates with warehouse/operations managers and other supervisors on shipments and cut-off times and shortages.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Recommends changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency.
