Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely movement of merchandise. You will lead staffing, training, scheduling, and performance coaching while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse operations, and experience with WMS/AS400 or similar systems to optimize productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet daily goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and delivery.
