Job summary

Adecco in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Distribution Center Recruiter for a full-time, temporary-to-hire role at a Fortune 500 company's center. You will oversee end-to-end recruiting for distribution and supply chain positions, screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners.

The role requires at least 3 years recruiting, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Ability to conduct interviews and reference checks, and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of all reports and salary information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection support.
• Conduct proactive candidate research and sourcing through job boards, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements to identify top talent.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and overall fit for open roles.
• Develop and execute effective search strategies for each requisition, including creating target talent lists and identifying appropriate sourcing resources.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, providing updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring status.
• Coordinate and manage candidate movement through all stages of the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking and recruitment systems, including candidate profiles, search activities, and hiring documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and networking resources to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure electronic recruitment files and candidate records are organized, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
