Job summary

You will build a robust candidate pipeline, provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, and support ongoing business development.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of recruiting experience, ATS proficiency, and familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in staffing or related field.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned with client needs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and coach candidates for interviews.
• Enter candidate data into ATS and track progress.
• Build relationships with clients and manage candidate/client retention.
• Assist with new business development and sales activities.
• Understand and explain Adecco Group's service portfolio to clients.
