Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire roles.
• Manage candidate pipeline and track data in ATS; coordinate with clients.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients; ensure excellent service.
• Understand Adecco's service portfolio and contribute to sales discussions.
• Monitor branch metrics, costs, and compliance related to recruiting activities.
