Ross Dress for Less, brought to you by Adecco, is seeking a Distribution Center Trainer at our Buckeye, AZ location. You will lead onboarding and ongoing training, coach staff, and support continuous improvement to ensure a high-performance operation.

The role requires presenting to groups, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and 2nd shift flexibility are required. Competitive pay starts around $22.32–$23.32 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in training, coaching, or related roles.
• Comfort presenting to large groups and engaging diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, supportive coaching style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions covering procedures, safety, and policies.
• Coach and mentor associates to elevate performance.
• Track training progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
