Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place candidates for temporary and permanent roles in our Arizona region. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, manage communications, and support client relationships across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of staffing recruitment experience, strong ATS and job-board familiarity, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting experience in staffing or recruiting
• Familiar with ATS and job boards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that enter the branch and provide accurate information about PDS, offers, job guidance and training.
• Recruiting: Establish a recruitment plan, qualify candidates against standards, conduct behavioral interviews and assist with resume prep.
• Retention: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensure excellent service and identify training plans to improve employability.
• Sales: Understand Adecco Group's service portfolio and learn to price and sell services to clients.
• Financials: Be aware of gross margins, costs, regulations, and participate in special projects.
