Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a University degree.
• Ability to supervise 8+ employees and manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related approvals.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and production/retail distribution contexts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material handlers, equipment operators, team leaders, and others to maximize order flow, inventory accuracy, and processing standards.
• Coordinate and monitor daily distribution tasks, allocate resources, organize workflow and prioritize orders.
• Maintain accurate operational and inventory reports and communication with management.
• Direct staff activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Track performance, provide feedback, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
