Qualifications

• 2+ years in distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments.
• Strong documentation and process knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately process and verify all shipping and receiving paperwork with minimal administrative errors.
• Trailer Inventory Management: Maintain real-time trailer inventory through door checks and yard audits.
• Inbound/Outbound Coordination: Schedule, monitor, and adjust inbound and outbound shipments to meet SLAs.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Provide timely support to internal departments and external partners by resolving inquiries and issues.
• Discrepancy & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders.
• Cross-Shift Communication: Ensure clear communication between shifts and departments for accurate info flow.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment and cross-functional alignment.
• Training & Performance Management: Provide training and coaching, address underperformance with HR support.
• Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high quality and low error rates across clerical and operational touchpoints.
