Qualifications

• 2+ years in distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving processes and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily documentation, compliance, and paperwork accuracy.
• Manage real-time trailer inventory and yard audits.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to meet SLAs.
• Lead and develop a distribution center team; train staff.
• Resolve issues with internal and external partners to maintain service.
• Foster cross-shift communication and continuous improvement.
