Job summary

Nbutexas Distribution Center is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, develop associates, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach teams, optimize processes, monitor metrics, and maintain safety and inventory accuracy while delivering results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading frontline teams.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and RF technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
