Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in distribution leadership in a supervisory position.
• Strong background in supply chain systems (WMS, MHS, YMS) and analytics.
• Proven ability to engage, motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures shift KPIs for safety, culture, and operations.
• Identifies and implements actions to improve DC safety, engagement, productivity and reduce expenses.
• Leads 3-5 Supervisors and 100-150 team members/temp workers.
• Implements company policies and ensures team member safety.
• Optimizes staffing by area to maximize efficiency and reduce cost.
• Oversees trailer yard operations to maintain fluidity and avoid detention fees.
• Coaches, trains and develops distribution employees with real-time feedback.
• Supports a team-oriented environment with a focus on engagement.
