HD Supply is seeking a Distribution Center leader to oversee the operation of the DC, support company goals, and provide strategic input to the DC Manager on planning, financials, reporting, fleet management, and inventory control.

The role emphasizes safety, staff development, and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years of experience in a distribution center, including three plus years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in managing distribution center operations and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to the DC Manager for operating plans and budgets.
• Identify resources and justify departmental spending for the operating plan.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and analyze department performance.
• Lead safety compliance and security for staff, facility, equipment, and inventory.
• Manage performance of assistants and hourly staff; coach and take corrective action as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
