Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead a 70+ person team overseeing inventory, order fulfillment, logistics and cost-effective product distribution. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of distribution center management, logistics, or related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Food Handlers Card / HACCP / GMP / SQF certificates preferred.
• Proficient in Google Office Suite and WMS
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for DC operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong budgeting and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize DC operations—inventory, order processing and logistics.
• Oversee inventory management: receiving, storage, cycle counts, replenishment.
• Lead warehouse supervisors, coordinators and associates with coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with management to set action plans and maintain SOPs.
• Establish and enforce procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and customer service to align DC activities with business goals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
• Implement quality control processes to meet standards and customer expectations.
• Stay informed on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and manage the DC budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
