Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of distribution center management or related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Food safety or GMP/SQF knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to optimize DC operations including inventory and logistics.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, cycles counts, and replenishment.
• Lead warehouse supervisors and staff with coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate action plans with management to meet daily to monthly goals.
• Establish SOPs and maintain safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
• Maintain quality control and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
