Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Manager, Distribution to lead a high-volume distribution center with 200+ team members across day and night shifts. The role partners with the DC Manager to drive performance, implement process improvements, and ensure accurate inventory and compliance.

Strong leadership, analytics, and coaching are essential. Qualifications include 5+ years in supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and SAP/MS Excel proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain / distribution center.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments (100K SQ. FT.) or larger.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement while driving performance.
• Previous experience in fleet management is a plus.
• SAP Operating System Experience, proficiency with MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution operations in a high-volume facility with 200+ team members across multiple shifts.
• Partner with the DC Manager to input on operational strategies, metrics, and process improvements.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning, financial oversight, reporting, and communication.
• Support fleet operations, ensure compliance, drive inventory accuracy, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
