You will lead safety, productivity, and team development to ensure on-time guest service and smooth operations across DCs. The role focuses on driving process improvements, coaching frontline leaders, and managing budgets in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across functions to optimize performance and support company goals while maintaining a strong safety culture and guest-first mindset.

Competenze

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center and read policies to operate systems.
