TBC Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring SOPs are followed and safety standards are met. You will work with leadership to drive efficiency, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment across the distribution center.

The role requires associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; join us for competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Leads completion of picking, receiving, put away, load/ship, and product returns with SOP adherence.
• Conducts daily safety meetings and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Protects company assets including inventory, equipment and facility.
• Maintains facilities and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
