Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of warehousing management, multi‑shift, high‑volume experience; HVAC familiarity and Lean distribution knowledge preferred. Starting salary range is $84,000–$109,725 with an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years relevant warehousing management experience.
• Experience with large multi-shift, high-volume warehousing environments.
• HVAC industry familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean distribution practices.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecast, and metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Champion safety and ensure training compliance per OSHA policies.
• Oversee safety, budget adherence, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain machinery and equipment; ensure uptime.
• Increase productivity through Continuous Improvement and standardization.
• Manage inventory records and service levels to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Analyze problems and implement quality decisions under pressure.
