Job summary

Lennox International in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-shift operation within our Regional Distribution Network. You will drive safety, continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, and budget stewardship while developing and mentoring a large team.

This exempt, salaried role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of warehouse leadership experience (HVAC a plus), and strong skills in Lean practices, analytics, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 8 years relevant experience.
• Prefer previous direct management of a large, multi-shift, high-volume warehousing environment.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Familiar with distribution center best practices, policies, procedures, and terms of trade.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety for the facility and ensure training completion and OSHA adherence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain machinery and equipment.
• Increase warehouse productivity through Continuous Improvement and standardization.
• Manage inventory to maintain accurate records and ensure high service levels.
• Analyze and resolve problems and make quality decisions under pressure.
