Job summary

Lennox International in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Operations to lead a front-line distribution center team, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely execution of inbound, outbound, and returns activities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse/distribution in a high-volume DC.
• Experience leading frontline teams in a multi-shift operation.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound distribution processes and inventory movement.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and warehouse tech; SAP/EWM/TM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DC operations across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
• Ensure on-time, safe, accurate order fulfillment in a high-SKU environment.
• Plan and adjust daily work, labor, equipment, and workflows to meet service levels.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, order and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and coach front-line associates and team leads.
