Lennox International is seeking a seasoned Regional Distribution Center Manager in the United States. You will lead a multi-shift, high-volume operation focused on safety, efficiency, and accuracy in shipping and inventory management.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving continuous improvement, budgeting, and ensuring policy compliance. Strong leadership and Lean principles are essential to optimize performance and customer service in a dynamic distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Experience managing a large, multi-shift, high-volume operation.
• Knowledge of Lean distribution methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Champion safety and ensure OSHA policy adherence.
• Increase warehouse productivity through Continuous Improvement and standardization.
• Train, develop and mentor direct reports.
• Lead development of the entire team.
• Manage inventory accuracy and shipping routes documentation.
• Ensure maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
