Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Leader at our distribution center to drive equipment and facility upkeep, lead a team, and maximize productivity. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to set strategies and objectives, ensuring safety and cost-effective operations in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining safety standards, overseeing repairs, and analyzing reports to implement improvements that sustain peak performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coaching, training and formal evaluation experience.
• Knowledge of safety policies and ensuring safety culture.
• Ability to analyze reports and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates, on floor and formal evaluations.
• Ensures safety culture by following safety policies and inspecting facilities.
• Manages maintenance, repair and installation of equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Reviews maintenance, production and quality reports and implements cost-effective improvements.
