Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Learning Program Manager to support our Ellabell, GA distribution center. You will lead learning programs, facilitate sessions and partner with HR to drive onboarding, safety training and leadership development.

You will manage and measure KPIs, coordinate with management on calendar and enrollment, and use tools like Workday Learning, Smartsheet and Canva to deliver engaging content. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years progressive responsibility in learning and development, preferably in warehousing.
Experience supporting distribution-center learning initiatives and safety training.
Dynamic facilitation style for in-person and virtual sessions.
Ability to measure KPIs and ROI of learning programs.
Strong project management, calendar, enrollment and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Canva and Smartsheet.
Knowledge of learning management systems; Workday Learning preferred.
Willingness to travel nights/weekends as needed.
Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage existing DC learning programs and roll out new ones with HR and leadership.
Conduct skills analyses and update training materials to close gaps.
Deliver instruction personally or with internal/external experts.
Track and report program impact on performance, safety and compliance.
