Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR support to our Distribution Center team. You will handle payroll support, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance with federal and state laws.

The role requires strong problem solving, cross-training ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Evening shift hours apply with competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background & understanding of basic Human Resources principles.
• Ability to be cross-trained and serve as back up resource to other coordinators in department.
• Proactive work ethic; ability to work autonomously as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Process time-sensitive HR data entries, uploads, exports in HRIS and systems.
• Prepare new hire orientation materials and conduct onboarding.
• Maintain compliance on associate information and documentation per policies.
• Support DCs with HR initiatives and daily associate inquiries.
• Advise managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies.
• Coordinate benefits inquiries with Corporate Benefits department.
