Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Manage all aspects of employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, and development planning.
• Train and onboard new associates, ensuring role clarity, capability, and adherence to safety expectations.
• Establish clear expectations and hold associates accountable to productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Own daily department operations including workflow planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Delegate work effectively to balance workload and support team development.
