Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience within a distribution center or similar environment.
• 3+ years' managerial experience leading teams.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams toward continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements operational strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Owns daily KPI reporting and drives awareness of KPI trends.
• Supervises warehouse leaders and staff to solve problems within processes.
• Ensures safety regulations compliance and a safe work environment.
• Collaborates with departments to meet customer demands and foster collaboration.
• Analyzes performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assists in budget planning and cost management to maximize profitability.
• Resolves escalated customer inquiries professionally.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and safety initiatives.
• Keeps informed on industry trends to drive innovation.
