The successful candidate will lead all distribution center operations, optimize inventory control, and drive operational excellence within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include 5+ years in distribution center management, NetSuite experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics.

• 5+ years of distribution center management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven NetSuite experience and ERP familiarity.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all distribution center operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and enforce inventory controls.
• Use NetSuite ERP to manage inventory, shipments, and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes.
• Foster a positive culture, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, distribution, and safety regulations.
• Handle consumer goods with care and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and goal setting.
• Manage relationships with external logistics providers and vendors.
