Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Arlington, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to support the Operations Manager and guide a team through In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking, and Put-Away while meeting daily goals with minimal supervision.

The role requires knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, and familiarity with PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400; forklift experience is preferred. This is an onsite role with various shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates for In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking and Put-Away
• Meet daily departmental goals with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with other department leads and managers
• Train and direct associates to achieve production targets
• Ensure safety and accuracy in warehouse operations
