Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in Arlington, TX to guide a team across inbound, outbound, picking, and put-away operations.

You will drive daily goals with minimal supervision and coordinate with other leads to optimize resources and on-time delivery. The role requires at least 1 year of leadership, on-site work, and knowledge of receiving, replenishment, picking, shipping, inventory control, PKMS, RF scanners, and AS400.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a leadership experience.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control.
• Working knowledge of PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking and Put-Away.
• Meet daily department goals with minimal supervision.
• Train and direct associates to achieve production targets.
• Maintain safe working environment and manage productivity.
