Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Ft. Worth, TX. You will lead a 20-25 person hourly team in a 600k sq ft facility, ensuring on-time, accurate order fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will drive Lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, and coach associates to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced distribution setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multi-functional team.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Lean principles and process improvement exposure a plus.
• Ability to cross-train staff to meet changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 20-25 hourly associates in a large warehouse environment.
• Drive performance to meet productivity and cost-control goals.
• Monitor KPIs (order fill, inventory accuracy, inspections) and improve results.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
