You will coach associates, monitor workflows, implement process improvements, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate employees and hold teams accountable.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory systems is a plus (SAP experience preferred).
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and spending significant time on the warehouse floor.
• Ability to lift, move, and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service goals are met.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to warehouse associates.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production metrics.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Communicate shift priorities, expectations, and operational updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control and accuracy initiatives.
• Partner with management to address attendance, performance, and employee relations concerns.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
