Job summary

Watts is seeking a DC Supervisor for the Groveport, OH distribution center. This onsite role leading 20+ associates on the second shift focuses on safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment while driving productivity and inventory control.

The supervisor will partner with leadership to optimize labor utilization, implement continuous improvement, and maintain a culture of safety. Prior distribution leadership in high-volume warehouses is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in distribution with hourly associates in a high-volume warehouse.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver operational results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP Hana or similar WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ distribution center employees.
• Set clear expectations for safety, quality, service, productivity, attendance, conduct, and performance.
• Oversee receiving and/or shipping activities and maintain accurate inventory at the location level.
• Prepare composite reports for daily key metrics.
• Standardize work procedures and create SOPs to improve warehouse efficiency.
