Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Groveport, OH is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities, lead a team, and ensure safe and on-schedule operations. This on-site role reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor and occupies first shift, 6:00am–2:30pm, with possible overtime to meet shipping demands.

You will manage workflow, dock assignments, inventory counts, and training, while maintaining quality and adherence to company policies and SOPs to drive department

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to identify products, labels and packaging requirements.
• Ability to use warehouse systems and RF scanners.
• Prior warehouse or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor dock assignments, truck arrivals, and inventory counts.
• Support training and problem solving within the team.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse area.
• Communicate status and issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist with adjusting procedures to meet shipping schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
