Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Groveport, Ohio. The role requires supervising a crew across multiple functions, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe, productive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with teammates and the corporate office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and assign workload to warehouse associates.
• Lead inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order processing.
• Communicate with corporate office and customers via email/phone.
• Issue performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Generate reports to promote inventory integrity.
• Oversee physical inventory annually.
