Job summary

Shiseido Americas Distribution Center in Groveport, OH, is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a team of associates in daily merchandise processing and order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely shipping.

You will monitor performance, provide coaching, train on WMS/RF and equipment, enforce policies, and coordinate with departments to meet KPIs. Ideal candidate has 2+ years leadership in DC and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in a DC environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of WMS, RF and DC tech.
• Experience with Blue Yonder or similar WMS is a plus.
• Strong management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of associates in distribution center operations.
• Monitor performance, enforce procedures, and drive productivity to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate between departments to move product and process orders.
• Provide coaching, training on equipment and WMS/RF usage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate with leadership and manage end-of-month shipments.
