SK Food Group is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager in Groveport, OH. The role oversees all warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and cost management, reporting to the Plant Director.

The position emphasizes safety, training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key responsibilities include leading multi-shift teams, ensuring 98% inventory accuracy, and driving kaizen through data-driven KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field and minimum 7 years in warehouse or 3PL management.
• Experience with 3PL and transportation management is a plus.
• APICS certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution center warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Lead multi-shift teams, set productivity standards and drive training.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and cost management.
• Develop procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with Scheduling and Production.
• Manage inventory accuracy to 98%+.
