• Ability to lift, move, and perform physical duties as needed.

Warehouse Supervisor – Distribution Center Lead

Pay Rate: $26–$28/hour

Location: Groveport, Ohio

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (plus mandatory overtime)
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Mandatory overtime and weekend hours may be required based on business needs. Candidates must be flexible and accommodating to changing schedules.

Position Summary

The Distribution Center Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while providing leadership and direction to a team of associates. This role drives productivity, maintains quality standards, promotes a safe work environment, and acts as a key liaison between employees and management. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
