Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse-related experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center including material handling and inventory tracking.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience. Bi-lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work schedules of warehouse staff performing shipping, receiving, loading and unloading, picking and palletizing finished products.
• Determine space requirements for storage and schedule delivery and distribution to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean environment with adherence to safety rules.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; provide counseling as required.
• Coordinate work with warehouse and operations manager, telephone sales and other supervisors on shipments, shortages, etc.
• Maintain records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Recommend changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency of the unit.
