You will lead a safety-focused team, manage staffing, and coordinate KPIs to meet daily goals while ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders. The role requires 2 years of distribution experience, strong communication, and SAP proficiency.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma /GED
• 2 years of distribution-experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with leading a team.
• Good verbal as well as written communication skills that are necessary to work in a customer-focused working environment.
• Good organization and business administration skills, attention to detail, willingness to improve, learn and adapt in accordance with continuously improving activities.
• Experience with SAP or related inventory systems preferred.
• Experience in communicating improvements needed in areas impacting Shipping, Direct-to-Consumer, Inventory and Receiving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of shipping and warehouse operations, including shipping schedules and KPI tracking.
• Ensure procedures for shipping efficiency, quality, and product quantity are followed.
• Support the Shipping Supervisor’s plan for staff departmental functions.
• Maintain availability of materials and resources to associates to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Lead Direct-to-Consumer operations, including schedules, picking/packing, and KPI tracking.
• Lead receiving operations, including schedules, unloading, and training.
