Qualifications

• Must have strong command of written and verbal English.
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks and productivity tracking.
• Proven time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Google Suite tools to coordinate activities and communicate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assists and supports the supervisor to organize, motivate and train associates
• Directs daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution Center
• Oversees operations and activities in the absence of supervisors
• Ensures productivity standards are met via KPIs and team communication
• Directs proper use of DC equipment and troubleshoots problems as needed
• Performs tasks to set daily productivity pace
• Supports open communication and provides feedback
• Assists in performance and development of direct reports
• Maintains open two-way communication with associates
• Keeps work areas clean and organized, rotates through departments as needed
• Participates in training on technology upgrades and new systems
• Completes tasks to achieve daily productivity and quality goals
• Be a resource to associates and foster a collaborative environment
• Establishes clear lines of feedback and accountability
