Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a DC Supervisor to assist with supervising daily distribution center operations in Mississippi. You will help lead, train, schedule, and develop team members to achieve productivity and service goals, while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

You will monitor workflows, coach staff, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain efficient operations and continuous improvement across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling.
• Experience with WMS, inventory, routing systems or AS400 platforms.
• Experience supervising in distribution, warehouse, or logistics.
• Completion of supervisor training programs; multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and coordinating daily DC operations for the supervised area.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach team members to promote productivity.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet goals and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations.
• Support inbound/outbound merchandise processes and ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate with DC supervisors and managers to resolve issues.
• Communicate expectations, monitor performance, and address growth opportunities.
• Conduct meetings, safety discussions, and on-the-job training.
