Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Inventory Control associate to maintain accurate inventory values across stores and distribution centers. You will identify and communicate issues in inventory accuracy, support order processing, and ensure safe, organized operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include bin audits, cycle counts, and collaboration with leadership to drive accuracy and efficiency, while delivering strong customer service and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Latitude Systems
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rural King's values in daily work.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support and resolve inquiries.
• Participate in training programs and stay current on developments.
• Maintain accuracy of bins through audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure timely flow of freight and audit purchase orders (Oracle).
• Use RF scan guns, desktops, and Oracle to identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and meet KPI goals.
