Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment.
• Proficient with or able to learn Latitude systems.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external customer support while addressing inquiries promptly.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and webinars to stay current on developments.
• Ensure accuracy of bins in the working area through audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure timely and accurate freight flow through standard reporting.
• Audit purchase orders before posting to the host (Oracle).
• Use desktop terminals and RF scan guns to identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain compliance in inventory management processes.
