Global Furniture Group is seeking a General Manager of Operations for our Fairfield, OH distribution center. The role leads the Distribution Center operations and oversees all staff, including Customer Care and warehouse teams, to deliver exceptional service and value.

The candidate will manage customer care, vendor relations, and core operations such as inventory, accounts payable, HR, facilities, and warehousing.

Formación

• Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall client service, financial and operational responsibility.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage inventory levels in accordance with sales demand.
• Monitor warehouse team to include all inventory movement in and out of facility.
• Responsible for accuracy of weekly product cycle counts.
• Train, coach, develop, and encourage local customer care team.
• Evaluate/oversee all local vendor relationships for overall best value.
• Work with local sales team to create best possible customer experience.
• Some Human Resources responsibilities.
