SK Food Group in Groveport, OH is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment and cost control. The role reports to the Plant Director and requires leadership of multi-shift teams to meet productivity standards.

You will develop procedures to optimize processes, monitor safety and quality programs, and collaborate with scheduling, production and suppliers to ensure timely materials and accurate inventories.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse or 3PL management experience.
• Experience with 3PL and transportation management is a plus.
• APICS certification recommended.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all DC warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Set and monitor productivity standards and train DC team.
• Manage safety programs in a freezer environment and ensure compliance.
• Analyze warehouse data and report KPI performance.
