Target Hampton GA seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Flow Center to lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in Replenishment/Fulfillment. You will champion structured problem solving and mentor leaders to deploy improvements across the distribution center.

The role requires a four-year degree and 3–6 years of experience with DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, and data analysis. Flexible hours and full benefits are provided as part of Target's team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in structured problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of structured problem-solving tools (DMAIC, SPC, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone).
• Proven strength in problem solving and advanced data/statistical analysis.
• Project management skills including scoping, problem statements, goals, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for a Distribution Center’s Replenishment/Fulfillment area.
• Champion structured problem-solving strategies and oversee program execution.
• Mentor, influence, and coach leaders and project teams to deploy initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead opportunities for lead-time, quality, and cost improvements.
