Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking reliable production staff for afternoon shift (4pm-4am). Compensation ranges from $18–$25/hour with yearly bonus payouts.

Responsibilities include operating drill presses, miter saws, and table saws; reading blueprints and work orders; assembling materials and ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment of orders. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work cohesively with teammates, and uphold safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating power tools and reading blueprints preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
