Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions in Brecksville, OH is seeking a Distribution & 401(k) Support Specialist to join our team. This dual‑function role handles distribution duties and 401(k) data tasks, aligning physical materials flow with electronic data processing and client projects.

You will organize mail, shipments, and supplies while processing payroll/electronic data files, conducting audits, and supporting 401(k) projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in admin, distribution, data processing, or payroll/retirement support.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel; ability to learn company systems.
• Experience with 401(k) administration, EDI, payroll files, data audits, or project support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, organize, and distribute mail, packages, and supplies to appropriate employees and departments.
• Process outgoing mail, shipments, and company mailings with accurate addresses and labels.
• Maintain organized receiving/storage areas and monitor supply inventory.
• Assist with ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
• Handle 401(k) payroll and EDI data files and system imports/exports per procedures.
